A Senior Unified Communications engineer with 15 years of extensive hands-on experience in network engineering, unified communications, administration, troubleshooting, and repair. He started his career in network engineering working with routers and switches, installing and supporting Cisco local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN). He currently specializes in working with clients to architect and design robust Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions. He is part of the core NetCraftsmen senior engineering and project leadership team and in that role he is responsible for managing all aspects of a solution from design to operations. He is also a subject matter expert on multiple E-911 solutions and SIP trunking.

With almost a decade of experience in large-scale deployments, systems integration, and automation, Joe has primarily specialized in Microsoft identity and core infrastructure technologies. However, he also possesses a key understanding of Cisco UC technologies and virtualization.
Mazi Tabibipour is an Engineer I at NetCraftsmen. Mazi has earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Information Technology from George Mason University and has seven years of professional experience specializing in building, deploying, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions. His experience ranges from small commercial customers to large federal agencies such as the Department of Defense (DoD) and Health and Human Services (HHS).
A Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) for voice, as well as routing and switching. Paul has specialized in Cisco networking solutions since 1996 and has been focused on Cisco voice products since 2007. He is also a Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI #31022) and continues to develop knowledge transfer sessions for voice as well as routing and switching.
Randy comes to NetCraftsmen as an Engineer with a 25-year history leading consultative engagements to architect and implement comprehensive solutions for customers. He has specialized in the Cisco unified communications and call-center solutions, focusing on voice and messaging technologies to deliver cost efficient solutions. Randy has experience in the design, implementation and operations of enterprise collaboration deliveries that include automatic call distribution, Cisco call center scripting, instant messaging, desktop sharing, mobility, single number reach, and WebEx integration.
With over 15 years of experience providing information technology architecture and engineering, Wayne Miller has extensive expertise in systems design, implementation and support in the areas of enterprise networking, security, virtualization and unified communications (UC). Wayne is currently working on certifications in the area of security.
William’s background spans an array of technical disciplines including application development, network infrastructure, protocol analysis, virtualization, and Unified Communications. Bill is certified as a CCIE Voice (CCIE #38914) and possesses a deep understanding of Cisco’s UC and Collaboration portfolio. He leads the Infrastructure Engineering team and also works with customers on architecting solutions that align with core business drivers. Bill is a regular contributor on the Cisco Support Community, a 3 time Cisco Designated VIP, and blogs on the NetCraftsmen and UC Guerrilla sites.

Virgilio “Bong” has sixteen years of professional experience in IT industry from academe, technical and customer support, pre-sales, post sales, project management, training and enablement. He has worked in Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as a member of the WAN and LAN Switching team. Bong now works for Tech Data as the Field Solutions Architect with a focus on Cisco Security and holds a few Cisco certifications including Fire Jumper Elite.
John is our CTO and the practice lead for a talented team of consultants focused on designing and delivering scalable and secure infrastructure solutions to customers across multiple industry verticals and technologies. Previously he has held several positions including Executive Director/Chief Architect for Global Network Services at JPMorgan Chase. In that capacity, he led a team managing network architecture and services. Prior to his role at JPMorgan Chase, John was a Distinguished Engineer at Cisco working across a number of verticals including Higher Education, Finance, Retail, Government, and Health Care.
He is an expert in working with groups to identify business needs, and align technology strategies to enable business strategies, building in agility and scalability to allow for future changes. John is experienced in the architecture and design of highly available, secure, network infrastructure and data centers, and has worked on projects worldwide. He has worked in both the business and regulatory environments for the design and deployment of complex IT infrastructures.
