Jed McCann is focused on growing revenue in the Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia regions. He comes to NetCraftsmen with over 20 years of experience selling solutions for systems integrators, consulting firms and a major OEM. Jed loves a challenge and enjoys collaborating with his technical counterparts. He has solved business problems for customers in both the custom software application and network environments. Prior to NetCraftsmen, Jed worked for Cisco Advanced Services.
Jessica Van Dyke has more than two decades of experience in sales and sales operation support, the last twelve years with NetCraftsmen. Jessica began with NetCraftsmen as an Account Manager and has transitioned into Sales Operations and Support. Working with our vendor partners and NetCraftsmen Sales and Business Development teams, Jessica provides pre and post sales support for hardware and maintenance projects.
Focused on driving new business, Jim has more than 16 years experience, with a strong technical and sales background founded on his time spent as an engineer, a sales engineer, and account executive. He brings experience across a number of technology areas including Unified Communications and networking. Jim also brings extensive experience in competitive technologies.
Joel has over 18 years of experience working in technology holding numerous roles in sales and sales management. Having worked in the Software, Networking, VoIP and Cloud Services industries, Joel brings a strong background of IP Telephony and Networking experience to the team. Joel’s NetCraftsmen role will be to grow the commercial market in Virginia as NetCraftsmen looks to expand its brand and stellar reputation as Cisco’s premier engineering partner in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Joel’s focus is on developing new and strengthening existing partner relationships with NetCraftsmen partners. Bringing with him more than 20 years of solutions-oriented sales experience, including 10 years with Cisco, Joel enjoys helping solve our customers business critical issues through technology. Having worked both as an Account Manager and on the Channel side with Cisco, Joel is well-suited as our Partner Alliance Manager.
Charged with developing and nurturing strategic relationships with vendors, partners, and clients, Renee has been in the business development and sales area throughout her entire career at NetCraftsmen, in all of our technical service competencies. Prior to NetCraftsmen, she was an executive director at Mentor Technologies, concentrating business development, consulting, and project management. Renee has more than 20 years of experience working in IT, beginning her career as a systems engineer at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. She has a thorough understanding of the professional services lifecycle and the role NetCraftsmen can play.

Virgilio “Bong” has sixteen years of professional experience in IT industry from academe, technical and customer support, pre-sales, post sales, project management, training and enablement. He has worked in Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as a member of the WAN and LAN Switching team. Bong now works for Tech Data as the Field Solutions Architect with a focus on Cisco Security and holds a few Cisco certifications including Fire Jumper Elite.
John is our CTO and the practice lead for a talented team of consultants focused on designing and delivering scalable and secure infrastructure solutions to customers across multiple industry verticals and technologies. Previously he has held several positions including Executive Director/Chief Architect for Global Network Services at JPMorgan Chase. In that capacity, he led a team managing network architecture and services. Prior to his role at JPMorgan Chase, John was a Distinguished Engineer at Cisco working across a number of verticals including Higher Education, Finance, Retail, Government, and Health Care.
He is an expert in working with groups to identify business needs, and align technology strategies to enable business strategies, building in agility and scalability to allow for future changes. John is experienced in the architecture and design of highly available, secure, network infrastructure and data centers, and has worked on projects worldwide. He has worked in both the business and regulatory environments for the design and deployment of complex IT infrastructures.
